Customers can no longer view payment, billing, and consumption history on Paymentus. Please visit the City of Coral Springs Citizen Self-Service site to access those items and print or email a copy of your bills. Link: https://css.coralsprings.gov/css/ . If your account has a zero balance or credit balance you will not be able to view the account on Paymentus. Please visit CSS. Please be advised that account history prior to November 2023 can be accessed via email request to water@coralsprings.gov.
