If you or someone in your household is experiencing a financial hardship, funding from the CARES Water/Wastewater Assistance Program is no longer available. However, you may qualify for utility bill assistance from another program. Click on the links below to research other assistance programs.
With the expiration of Virginia’s statewide suspension of utility disconnections, Chesterfield Utilities will resume water and wastewater disconnections for past-due balances on September 1, 2021. For information, call 804-748-1291.
