If service is disconnected for non-payment it will not be restored until the total past due amount and all penalties and fees are paid in full. Please contact Customer Service at (615) 352-7076 prior to making any payment online or by telephone to ensure service restoration. Payments made through the system without contacting Harpeth Valley Utilities District will not automatically restore service.
