If you have received a PAST DUE billing statement please refer to the URGENT NOTICE on the statement for important information regarding past due charges, penalties, collection fees, and disconnection.
If service is disconnected for non-payment, it will not be restored until the total past due amount and all penalties and fees are paid in full.
