Payment Authorization Terms and Conditions
Your payment will be processed through Paymentus Corporation, who is an authorized provider for Electric insurance Company. By using this service to make your payment, you are accepting the following terms and conditions.
Refund Policy: Under normal circumstances, Paymentus does not issue refunds on payments. If there is a discrepancy, please call Paymentus Customer Service Center.
Privacy Policy: Your information is secure and will only be used for the purpose of processing this payment transaction.
Payment transactions will only be completed after receiving successful authorization from your card company for the Total Amount Charged.
You will see one line item on your cardholder and/or bank statement for the amount charged by Electric Insurance Company.
Prohibited Use: Paymentus does not accept payments from a collection or third party agency and reserves the right to reverse these payments.
By making this payment, you agree to pay the bill payment amount to Electric Insurance Company. All authorizations are subject to the agreements governing your credit or debit card.
