Thank you for using the Department's online payment website. We are pleased to provide this service without an additional fee added to your transaction. Please note that credit and debit cards are limited to $500 per transaction and electronic checks are limited to $10,000 per transaction. Electronic checks are also limited to US Financial Institutions.
Please allow 2–3 business days for payments to be posted to your account. It is your responsibility to make sure enough time is allowed for payments to be posted before late payment fees are assessed.
Water bills listed on this website are for accounts located on the island of Hawaii only and do not include water accounts located on any of the other Hawaiian islands ( I.e. Oahu, Maui, Kauai)
Returned Payments: If your electronic check, credit or debit card payment is returned, disputed, refused, or otherwise not honored for any reason, your account will be assessed a $20.00 return fee by the department, plus a $9.95 chargeback fee by our service provider. Returned payments may result in your account being placed on a “cash-only” payment restriction.
Payment transaction will only be completed after receiving successful authorization from your card company for the Total Amount Charged.
