Customers who were previously registered for paperless bills prior to April 18, must reregister and select the paperless option to continue to receive paperless bills. Notifications for paperless customers will come from paymentus.com when bills are available for viewing. If you registered for automatic payments or direct debit prior to April 18 and would like to make changes, call 804-748-1291. If you do not want to make any changes, no action is necessary.
