Where are my Account and Policy Numbers?
- Payments receiving a confirmation number before 3:00 pm Eastern Time are applied the same day. Payments confirmed after 3:00 pm Eastern Time are applied the next business day.
- Next business day is defined as Monday - Friday except bank holidays.
- Payments received and processed after the due date may be subject to a late fee. Late fees do not apply to Life policies.
- If a payment is submitted it cannot be modified or deleted. If assistance is needed, please contact Customer Support at 1-888-242-0888.
